Warranty claims for the following non-electric MHE can be submitted via this form:
- Hand Pallet Jacks (including weight scale models)
- Manual Scissor Lift Tables
- Manual Hand Trollies
- Manual Stackers
Warranty Policy and Process
Adaptalift Group’s warranty coverage for manual products is 12 months from the date of delivery or customer pick up.
If you return a defective product to our branch within 60 days of purchase, we will swap it for a new non-defective product at no cost (freight / pick up is at customer’s cost).
After 60 days you will need to log a request using this form: Warranty Request Form. Images of the product will need to be included with the form submission.
Once a warranty claim has been submitted and approved by Adaptalift Group, the requester will receive an email notification advising them of the outcome of their request.
If successful, you will be required to return the defective product to the closest Adaptalift Group branch. Any transport costs associated with this return will be at customer’s cost, along with the transport costs for the replaced or repaired equipment.
