SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Adaptalift Group offers Road Delivery Service within Australia.
All orders placed before 11:00am (local time) will be DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY,
all orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-7 working days after the order is placed (most likely earlier).
We do not deliver outside Australia.
Delivery charges are:
- $12.50 flat rate standard shipping for small items (Australia wide).
- $21.50 express delivery option for small items.
- Metro shipping between $20 and $100 for large items. Refer to each product page for details.
Metropolitan regions: VIC, TAS, NSW, QLD, SA and WA.
- Free local pickup: most items are available for local pickup.
Adaptalift Group will provide reduced delivery within Australia on negotiation of order value and location.
All bubble wrap, cell foam and cardboard products may incur an extra freight charge regardless of order value, at the discretion of Adaptalift Group.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
The information that Adaptalift Group collects is generally of a business nature and does not usually contain personal information. Even so, the information that we do collect will not be sold, rented or traded to third parties, unless required by law. Adaptalift Group may use information gathered to keep customers up to date with new products, offers and prices that are available. These offers may be based on information and details you have provided to us in your details submission. If at any time you would like to be excluded from these notifications, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org , 13 22 54 or send through a copy of the latest letter received and your request to be removed to Adaptalift Group Marketing, 1574 Centre Rd, Springvale, VIC, 3171.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns for Exchange:
Returns must be received within 14 days of the customer receiving the product(s).
The product(s) should be in its original condition and packaging.
We will exchange the item(s) within 1 month of purchase.
Freight cost to RETURN the product is covered by the customer.
Freight cost to RESEND the product is covered by the customer.
Please note we do not give refunds for exchanges. We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send it back to us via a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

Returns for Faulty Products:
If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the item. Please contact email@example.com or call us at 13 22 54 to arrange a return for the product. Faulty products once received by Adaptalift Group can be exchanged or refunded.

The generation and forwarding of an order by you (the “Customer”) using aalstore.com.au constitutes an offer to purchase the products from Adaptalift Group. All orders are subject to acceptance by Adaptalift Group, and are otherwise subject to its general terms and conditions of sale.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
Prices on Adaptalift Group
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of GST. Adaptalift Group takes all steps to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have the choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.
Marketing & Promotions
By purchasing products or registering as a customer you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by us to keep you informed about future products and services provided by us. If you wish to change your contact details (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from Adaptalift Group you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively contact Adaptalift Group on 13 22 54.

You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it.
