- Stiffness of the headband supports and protects the wires far better than the old foam welded into the foil headband.
- The old system did not allow changing of the headband cushion. Now it is possible to replace a cushion whenever the wearer needs to do so.
- The usual shrinking of PVC foiled headbands causing tears cannot occur.
- The tension of the wires is far better protected by the inner headband than any foil system could, keeping constant pressure for years.
- Cleaning can be done easily even with efficient cleaning fluids when the cushion has been replaced.

Our cup style hearing protector cushions can withstand sweat over long periods without shrinking or cracking, aggressive cleaning liquids and tool attacks far better than any PVC foil product. It measurably slows down sweat production in the heat. DUALELASTAN wire headband. A solid plastic bridge fits between the two headband wires, which are fixed in their position by molding the TPE material around the wire. The result is a dramatic increase in usability and lifetime of the headband.
